10MM shingle
A 10mm recycled gravel/shingle made from crushed concrete and reclaimed gravel. Once crushed the product is then screened to remove undesirable dust and fines to create a high quality drainage aggregate. This product is becoming more and more popular not only due to its environmental benefits but also due to its relatively low cost.
Ideal for: Pipe bedding, base aggregate where fines arent required.

Soft Building Sand
A sand consisting of fine rounded particles with a clay content of 10% or higher. This sand is the most common sand used in the construction industry for making renders and mortars due to its fine particle size creating a smooth easily worked product.
Ideal for: Brick/block laying, mortar, internal rendering, bedding layer for pond liner.
Screened Topsoil
A screened sandy loam sourced from agricultural and horticultural sources. This topsoil is free from stones and debris and easily worked. This soil benefits from high microbial activity and a good level of nutrients to ensure good establishment of plants and grasses. Suited for all projects where quality is a must. This product is of the highest quality and must not to be confused with soils sourced from construction projects. Analysed to British Standard BS3882:2007.
Ideal for: Borders, planting, seeding, landscaping etc.
Type 1 Crushed Concrete
Pure concrete crushed. Sizes range from 40mm down to dust to create an easily compacted Crushed Concrete aggregate. MOT Type 1 Crushed Concrete is fully certified according to the Specification for Highway Works 803 (SHW 803). This is a great alternative to quarried Department of Transport Type 1 (Also known as MOT) and in most cases Type 1 Crushed Concrete is cheaper.
Ideal for: Hard-standings, haul roads, building sub-bases, path/road/highway/driveway/patio sub-bases. A must for applications that require certified material to be used.
Crushed Concrete
An aggregate composed of clean Crushed Concrete which has been screened to remove dust and fines. Sizes range from 75mm down to 40mm. This type of Crushed Concrete in mainly used as a sub-base or drainage layer where the presence of fines is un-desirable. The coarse nature of 75-40mm Crushed Concrete makes it a very good all in one product which when compacted forms a hard wearing surface. 75-40mm Crushed Concrete is ideal as a cheaper alternative to Limestone when used as an equestrian arena sub-base. The lack of fines ensure that 75-40mm Crushed Concrete does not block drainage systems.
Ideal for: Equestrian arena sub-bases, drainage layers.
